eMalahleni istore poor customer service

I bought a drone which isn't even 2 weeks old it broke a prepeller while in flying mode I replaced it with the spare but wouldn't take off show an error. I had to take it back to istore assuming they would perform technical inspection for any possible damage however they refused.

With that being said, I wouldn't advice anyone to engage with istore highveld mall in eMalahleni if by any chance you do, keep in mind there isn't any guarantee offered on their products and the sales personal shows no sign of compitency nor proper customer support which pose poor reputation to the company.
