Eastagate store service a disgrace!

We entered the Eastagate store on a Saturday afternoon and browsed through all the various products, there were 4 sales people standing around and very few customers in the store, not 1 sales person came to assist. a far cry to how the store experience once was, absolutely shocking service to say the least!
