Duwayne to the rescue!

After the terrible service I received from Istore’s Online department, I would like to take a moment to commend Istore Somerset West, Duwayne Jewells’s(I hope I remember your name’s spelling correctly) service delivery. From the word go he was kind, helpful and effective. He understood the problem, so he solved it. He knew what was going on, he knew what was necessary to happen. He was straightforward about the challenges and the delays (because of what the online department did) and how to fix it. Thank you Duwayne for taking all of the frustration away and making it the seamless process it should be. Thank you for your advice, your problem-solving s****s and you humour. It was a pleasure working with you.
