Don't waste your time with istore online

It goes to show as to why Istore has such bad reviews - they don't even respond to the reviews. I have been trying to open a contract online for 3 weeks and have gotten nowhere. Each time someone says they will assist but seems to end up ignoring you. Don't waste your time trying to get service from the online department.
