Don’t waste your time at iStore Gateway!!!

Shocking service from iStore Gateway branch. Ordered two iPhone 12 Pro units. Received a text of their arrival. Once I get there, only one had arrived and I had to redo all the paperwork. They wanted original ID book and do not take bank statements as proof of address. In addition, they said it takes 3 hours to now draw up a contract and I must come back after that. I just went to pick up the phone now I must go back again after 3 hours. Some of us need to work! Pathetic service. All staff give different answers. Absolutely useless. I left the phones and will never support them again. You need to provide proper training to your *********** staff.
