Don’t waste your money on on Icare and expect any customer service at Centurion Istore

Absolute worst experience! Istore Centurion. Purchased Apple Icare and wanted to get help fixing my son’s phone. Totally understaffed 2 people at their Service counter. Waited a long time and when we got to the counter the service advisor asked if we booked an appointment. Would have been great to know before standing in the line so long. 1st person asked us to wait because only the other person could help and asked and wait. After that they let new people through indiscriminately and after more than an hour gave up and left. No customer service to speak of, don’t waste your money on icare with this unhelpful staff!!!😡😡
