Don't waste you time and money buying from Istore pre owned.

Bought a used MacBook Pro only to receive it and see that the battery was completely dead. Arranged a return. once collected from me, I did not hear back from them for 4 days before I started calling and emailing with very little success, Eventually received an email from them after hounding them via calls, emails and online chat, and I opted to get a replacement device. I bought a different model, this time a MacBook Air. Once payment was made (as there was an amount to pay in), I did not receive a confirmation email or anything, till again I sat on the phone for two days. Eventually the new Mac was delivered to me. Once set up though, I noticed that when the lid of the Mac was closed and reopened the keyboard and mouse no longer worked till I force restated the machine. Then and there I sent an email to them that the device is faulty. Again it took 3 days to get a reply that said - the diagnostic report shows the Mac as functional. I rep**** to the email that it wasn't woking. No response. A day later I called them. Promised me that someone would call me and arrange collection and process a refund. Been two days - still waiting for the call. Absolutely useless. Don't waste your time and money.
