Don't shop online at istore

Online store may as well close down. There is ZERO service... Ordered an upgrade online and still waiting to hear whats happening 2 weeks later. The online assistance doesn't assist, they give you an email address to send a request/complaint but then nobody comes back to you... Will NEVER recommend istore to anyone
