Don't ever take out a contract with iStore

Please never take out a contract with these people. Their sales consultants are incapable of processing documentation as a 24 month signed contract which I agreed to was loaded as a 36 month contract. No communication or authorisation of this was ever sent to or requested from me. When the cellular provider (not iStore) assisted me with enquiring about this they found the documentation attached to this 36 month contract was my signed 24 month contract... For a company that has as part of its backbone, contract management, a mistake like this is quite embarrassing for them and frustrating for me as a client.

After multiple attempts at contacting iStore, even simply to request an update of the status of this issue) they blatantly refuse to take my calls, reply to emails/whatsapps or assist in person at our local store. My apologies to the helpful front-of-house assistants that have had to deal with this issue with me but hopefully someone who is able to assist can respond to this complaint.
