DONT BUY APPLE ONLINE!

Like many of the reviews here already say, DONT BUY FROM THE ONLINE STORE! I bought an Apple MacBook Pro, and after 5 months it simply did not turn on. I sent it back and after two months I'm now still fighting for a refund. but they don't have open channels to allow for clients to contact them easily and internally they cant contact each other directly(This is what I've been told). I've opened a case of theft with the SAPS, wanna see how they handle this now.
