Don’t advertise what you don’t have

What disappointment and atrocious service. I have always had a apple iPhone on all my contracts, and since last year I have been trying to upgrade both my contract and my husbands to the new iPhone 13. How can you advertise the ****** phone and have none in stock, then say we added you to the waiting list and when I follow up you have removed me off the list. This has happened 3 times already and yes 5 months down the line the phone apple is advertising is nowhere in SA. Clearly time to go to Samsung who have what they advertise. From telling everyone that iPhone is the brand to now believing you gave no customer service or support and are a brand to avoid
