Do NOT waste your money on the iPhone X series. Water resistance is a lie! And they won't fix it.

I had an iPhone X 256GB, It fell into water and would randomly glitch. After about 20minutes the phone then died out. I took the phone to the iStore Cresta Mall and they told me that they do not repair water damaged phones. To my surprise, apple advertised the phone to stay under water for 30minutes, 1m deep. How can you advertise and seduce people to buy a phone when you know very well that it cannot handle water, and tell us that you can’t fix it when something like that goes wrong? Instead the store offered me a replacement device that is 80% of the value of the phone? Like why not just buy a brand new one??? Do not waste your money on the iPhone X series. It is a lie. The company is a ***** and will not take responsibly when you need help with the service .

So disappointed in Apple. This was my first buy and DEFINATELY will be my last! Sony and Samsung, I’m coming back home.
