DO NOT PURCHASE ON ISTORE PREOWNED

I purchased a iPad charging block at the end of April of this year. I returned it approximately 6 days later to the store as it was not the one I required. First I was informed by the sales agent they needed to test it to ensure it is in working order. I spent approximately 45 minutes standing around in the store waiting for the block to be “tested”. I provided all my details as requested for a refund to be done. It’s been over 4 weeks and I have still not recieved my refund. Every time I mail the sales agent, he has a story of some sort. 4 weeks to be refunded. Something should be effortless as it was bought in store and returned in store. No issues. Please do not purchase from the preowned istore as they will not return your money as promised. I was told it takes up to 14 days and it’s been over 30 days and nobody has bothered to contact me.
