Do not order online form iStore SA - you do not get your order!

Absolute poor service. Ordered a cell phone cover and screen protector on the 7th of Oct 2024, paid in full. Received order confirmation on the same day, which stated the delivery would be 2-5 days. Today is the 18th of Oct, no delivery to date??? Phoned the customer care and spent 30 minutes on the phone, only to find out they do not have stock??? They offered to cancel the order and do a refund and that I should try finding stock in one of the stores. How can you take my order and receive payment if you do not have stock??? When I asked the customer care consultant this question, he put me on hold and never came back. Real pity that this SA business that represents such a great brand has such poor service.
