Do Not buy from iStore Preowned

I’ve bought a Moov cable charger for R299 at iStore Preowned Online, it had technical issues so i had to return it after 3 days. They collected the charger on the 26th of May and till today i haven’t received my refund. They’ve been giving me the runaround ever since and its been 18 days . Do not buy from them, poor service.
