Dissaponted and false adverti*****t

On the 22nd of September we visited Rosebank mall with my son. So, we went in pre-own iPhone store to brows. Store sales lady approach us and ask if we interested in buying an iPhone then I said I wish I can buy on for my son. Then I ask if they have payment option of PayFlex as I have done business with them before and they we remarkable. They sales lady then said they have float option. How it works the sales lady says R4,599.00 will be deducted from my credit card, which happened, and whoever my 1st installment is, it will be R766.50. Meaning R3832.50 will be paid back to my credit card within 7 working days (which it hasn’t happened, currently on day 9) and for 5 months on the date of purchase 22nd, a debit of R766.50 will be paid from my credit card for 6 months on the purchers date. I have also called the iPhone call center, spoke to the lady by the name of Nxobile and she confirmed that. She even said they could have released the money already. She promised to escalate the matter to Rosebank istore manager to give me a call. Till now I haven’t received their call. I took the initiative to call float support center spoke to Ms. Myra how said Great question. I am dishearten , I was giving incorrect information and that lead to be to take uninformed decision. That was a false advertise and pure lies I was served on that day. I have used my kids school transport money and food because someone you hired decided to lie to me. Was never told anything in regard to interest for that matter my credit card is interest free to the whole float thing does not serve and purpose or justice to me. Sales person:C05537.
