Disregarded by all staff at istore Bloemfontein

I was treated like am nothing today at Istore Bloemfontein..I went to upgrade my TelkomMobile contract and was assisted by Lesedi, and my upgrade was declined and I called telkom and they sorted out the problem from their side.I tried to do the upgrade with telkom but they told me that,there is a pending upgrade and I need to sort it out before they can give me a new phone.

I went back to istore only to find out that Lesego was off on that day,it was on Monday and was told he’s the only one who can help me,to my dismay!!!and was told he will be in tomorrow,I went back again the following day,and it was load shedding and the store was closed,and on Thursday was another load shedding and Lesego told me that he cannot help because his manager won’t allow it and must come back on Friday but he will not be in,but His colleague Amogelang will assist me..

Today on Friday the 15:02:2019 at 15:00pm was at istore and had to wait for an hour before i could get help,the manager came and asked me “how can o be helped “?i relayed my story to him and he just said anyone with a red tshirt will help me. At 16:00pm I started to complain about the long wait and on coloured lady with a “red tshirt “indeed log into the system and check for me because at that moment all I wanted was to cancel the damn thing and get out of that strore,she called Lesego and after talking to Lesego she said he said he has sent email cancellation to telkom,and demanded to know when did he do that because every time I was there,there was load shedding!!!she called him again because I told her am leaving without this matter being resolved. She then told me that she cannot do anything as well as Amogelang because they don’t know anything about my case,she then left me standing there whilst trying to call telkom,to find out whether the cancellation email was sent,she said she was going for lunch at 16:10..Amogelang couldn’t even look me in the eye,to say I was ignored it’s under statement,they all literally disregard me as if I was an annoying fly in that store. I will never go to istore In Bloemfontein ever again..the level of proffesion and their service,sucks big time.. just had to share...
