Dismissive customer service

I am appalled at the dismissive customer service from iStore. I went in to buy a screen protector at the iStore Mall of Africa store and picked a curved screen protector marked at R399,00. On going through to the counter to pay for the protector, I was then told that the item was incorrectly tagged (and the price is actually R499,00). On requesting assistance from the manager on duty (Molemo), I was told that it was an error of the price tag being placed incorrectly. However instead of bearing the mistake and offering the client the courtesy of the marked price, I was told to take a cheaper product instead.
