Disgusting iStore trade in

From my personal experience, never trade your iPhone in online, they don’t inform you of nothing, they don’t send you the results, you can’t get hold of the actual people who does the trade in(core group) And they offer you less than half the estimated value.. even tho the phone is in excellent condition, a year old and battery health 90%.

I always had huge respect for Apple, but with this experience I have no words
