After a week of trying to get a phone contract we finally get confirmation that the device will arrive on the Thursday. Thursday comes and goes, Friday morning it says the device is in route. Then the courier service gets ****** ? ***?

Now you call istore and ask them to arrange so you can collect the device in store instead, they say sorry we can’t help you as it’s a online contract. BULL**** ! unacceptable for such a company. Disgusting !

Never again will I buy from them. Go to Macshack trust me !
