Disgusting customer service

The worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. When I walked into the store 4 people just sat down including the store manager and asked what I was there for. I said I was there to return my purchase of a preloved device.

There was no sense of urgency in assisting me, I was just told to go to the back and have the device check when all was in order. I was then assisted I paid R16k for this phone using a debit card but the can only reserve this money into a credit card within 48hr if not an eft must be done which takes 5-10 working days which is ridiculous. I received an email the next day requesting my number but when I rep**** asking if my return was submitted I got no response. It's been 5 days now with no response or no return.

Pavilion istore has the worst customer service and istore return policy is pathetic
