Disgusting after sales service

Worst service ever at iStore Tygervalley incompetence all round including the Store manager. Brought my daughters watch in for repairs, three days after purchasing it. They sent it away and informed that it would be replaced with a new unit. Message received on Tuesday 05 January 2021 that the watch is ready for collection , get there no watch. I get another message on Thursday 07th January 2021, Ready for collection and guess what still no watch, I get told the watch is still at the waterfront store once again. I’m never buying anything from this store ever again or using them for repair services
