Disgraceful Iphone servicing

<p>My 5 month old IPhone 7 went blank for no apparent reason. I returned it to the iStore in Cavendish to be told that there was a problem with this happening and that the phone would be replaced with a new one. Great !!! However this would take up to two weeks to happen!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Can you believe it - what kind of service is this, its a disgrace. No apologies nothing. </p> <p>How can Apple allow their brand to be abused like this - does anyone take responsibility??</p>
