Disappointment Service when your trade-in was processed and they cancelled it.

I have walked in to Centurion i-store 29/5/22 to know the amount that I can get for my iPhone X so they have done the whole process of testing the phone and checked out 100% for value of R5200.00 then after it was then canceled due that there was other customers before me in the store and only one Telkom person. They left me with my iPhone given back to me with my screen protector removed that can not fit back now and they don't even offer you screen-protector so that the screen stay protected.

So my whole day was waisted to looking at getting a Telkom contract for iPhone 13 to drive up and down to get the documentation to apply for the contract and then I would use the money for accessories for my old phone. this is not acceptable service very disappointed....now they can can offer the saving of R5000 on accessories.
