Disappointing service from iStore Nelspruit

<p>I submitted my documents to obtain an iphone on contract in the past 3 weeks. Till this day nobody has called me to inform me of the status. What is worse is that i was told it takes 24 hrs. Everytime i go there to find out what is happening i get excuses such as the system is offline. How the hell is a system offline for 3 weeks? Disappointing and disgusting service. I get promised to be called all the time but it never happens. I didnt expect this from an istore. What a disagrace! </p>
