Disappointing Experience at iStore Centurion Mall

I walked into the iStore at Centurion Mall intending to buy a charger and phone cover, but ended up walking out without making a purchase. I stood around for about five minutes with no one offering to assist me, despite staff being present. Eventually, I approached a woman sitting behind a counter, seemingly unoccupied and staring at her MacBook. When I politely asked if someone could help me, she responded quite rudely, saying she’ll assist when she’s done with a client—despite there being no one else around.

The dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer service were enough to make me leave. For a store that sells premium products, I expected a far more professional experience.
