Disappointing

I went to I store Brooklyn this afternoon, and I must say I’m very disappointed n very upset with the service the staff was just hanging around as there was no customers inside the one guy who came to assist me before I even opened Y mouth he tried to dismiss me, telling me that it’s too late what’s not . I am so furious is it cause it’s Friday that I couldn’t be assited he then went to the other desk n left me rite there standing telling me he was trying to log in. I have been n apple customer for over 10 years but the service I got today was very disappointing honestly. I went to Vodacom wich is just down the same mall m I was assited with a smile. I store please choose your staff wisely or you will loose customers.
