Disappointed in IStore Menlyn

I went to apply for a contract at IStore Menlyn park on 23/09/2022. I was firstly waiting for a very long time to get a consultant to help with my application but when i was called, i was helped by a very friendly lady called Khanyisile Nkosi. I had an issue with some of my documents and was also assisted by the manager at the store that day. I had to whatsapp him some documents to his cell. My application did not go through straight away but i was told the application is in a "referral" status on Telkom's side for the contract, awaiting approval. I was told by Khanyisile this might take up to 72 hours as they sometimes have a backlog. I waited and received no follow up call as per her information given. I then sent her an email on 27/09/2022 requesting a status update on my contract approval. She forwarded a request to follow up but cc'd me into the follow up on a different person, not related to me at all. I informed her of the documents she sent to me in error and she apologized and cc'd me in the follow up she made on my query. I have since sent several emails requesting feedback and have even sent a whatsapp to the manager who assisted me that day asking for feedback, i have still not received any feedback on my query. I feel this is very bad service from IStore at Menlyn.
