Disappointed

I have been to the I store outlet in Canal Walk almost 2 months ago. I signed up for insurance on the day. The consultant told me that the insurance company will call me to confirm the insurance. I have received no call or any information from the insurance. I have now been advised as per attached that my insurance is cancelled. This is just shocking and not fair as nothing was communicated. I have e emailed the insurance on 31.07.2024 and to date have received no communication.
