difficulty accessing them for returns

<p>I recently made an order on istore online on the 28 November for an apple watch. The transactio went through, but it was a wrong apple watch series . I havent received the product yet. and i want it cancelled. There hasnt been any communication from istore to check if i receiveed it or whether i was happy with the product. I cannot get a hold of the sales and return department before the 7 day return policy lapses. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have tried multiple times to call and send emails, there is no response and i want my money back.</p>
