Denying Existence of Telkom Contract Offer

Telkom Mobile tells me that their iPhone 5S 64Gb contract option is available from iStore while the latter insists there is no such deal available. Telkom and iStore need to get their mess sorted out as I'm tired of being sent back and forth by two companies that seem *********** and completely incapable of getting their act together.
