Delivery of phone

I have always regarded istore as one of the respected companies, until I went to apply for a cell phone contract with them and found them to be **********.

I app**** for a new phone a last month and my phone was supposed to be delivered the past week. The "excuse" that I got from them was that the driver said he is not allowed to enter my neighborhood, which is completely false as movement has been allowed in and out of my neighborhood.

I was wondering how I'd that even possible as deliveries are allowed during the lockdown. Next thing is that they don't respond to my chats on their website, nor do they call me back with regard to the matter.

I am sick and tired of brands thinking that they can take advantage of us. I am not even allowed to cancel the contract as I am told that it is already processed.

I want my phone delivered on Monday and I will not spend another day waiting for it
