Definitely not the tech leader 👎🏻

Not happy at all with the service we got at istore Eastrand mall. We wanted to upgrade 2 cellphone contracts with them. Firstly the staff seems to not be interested to help you, when you ask them or tell them something it looks like you are a inconvenience for them. We were there on Thursday and they did not have someone on the floor that day that could assist with a business contract upgrade. For a company that should be the leader in the tech field this was shocking. We came back the following day, after waiting over 30min for the 1 and only lady that can do business contacts they did not have the phones we wanted in stock. If they only told us this in the beginning before the 30 min . Really not happy, thinking to switch to Samsung
