Days to get a quote

I need a quote for the iPhone 6 space grey 16GB for our organisation. My assistant tried to get a quote via email, then I had to go through the rigmarole to register in order to the use me the 'email me the quote' and waste time to entertain your consultant. What arrogance to tell me the non-delivery is due to our slow network, as we are on Tenet, one of the fastest networks in South Africa, while my various phones are on various networks that will also receive email if something was wrong with our network. Send me the quote already. We are the client, we are not to jump through your hoops, due to consultants reading from scripts.
