Day light ******* from istore menlyn and online

Am very disappointed client from Pretoria in November 2022 I think on the 10 I ordered an Apple earpod and Apple AirPods which was the mistake I paid R4098 for those so knowing that I don’t want that I place another order for EarPods only which was R399 and on the 11 November I went to collect it in menlyn istore when I get there I explained to them and told them that am not going to take the order of 4098 coz it was a mistake thinking that they will refund me. When I get home I informed the istore online about the issue they said to me istore menlyn were supposed to refund me I went back the next day told them that and they said they can not refund me coz I bought using mobcred then I went home with no hope when I get home I inform online istore it’s seems as if they understand coz they said they will inform me once it process. Few weeks later still nothing. When I chat with them via email they keep on asking questions like did I collect the order I said no and again again for the past two weeks. After that I got a call from online istore seemingly she’s was helping and the next day I got a message that istore menlyn confirmed that I collected the order and when I check on my account it’s show’s complete. Lucky in that store there are cameras which will indicate that I did not take that order. Now I think it time I sue istore menlyn and online istored I have all the proof of the conversion and the 2 people that was helping me

My question is how did they complete the order if they did not scan that barcode on my phone. I regret buying online I thought istore was better😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
