Daniel Kushnir istore canal walk

To whom it may concern,

On Monday 21st May 2019, I have an iPhone X and wanted to download and set my iPhone so I went to the istore canal walk to use the Wi-Fi I spoke to a sales guy working there his name Daniel Kushnir and I asked if he could put in the Password for the stores wifi cause I wanted to use the WIFI to set up my iPhone x. He told with a Smile on his face the store charges R200 to use the WIFI. I told him but I'm using an Apple product, he told me if it wasn't bought at the store I can't use the WIFI. He also said its the istore policies. I'm really GobSmacked as I am using an Apple product and you guys are charging me to use the WIFI.

I've been before to the istore canal walk with my apple phones that I had and used the WIFI no problem. If this is the standard of how you guys work and charge people for using the stores wifi and the customer is using a apple product. It's putting me off Apple now and I will never regamend people to buy apple products at any store cause of what happened, I'm really disgusted in the service of the istore canal walk. I need someone to contact me regarding this please? If no one contacts me I'm going further with this Snotty arragant youngster Daniel Kushnir. Apple supposed to be a premium brand!
