<p>Wow. These guys are just the very very worst when it comes to customer service. Problem is, if you have a Mac product, you have to go there. <span style="text-decoration: underline;">And they know it</span>. They know you have no other choice. And they laugh at you while they tell you so. They are very very very busy.</p> <p>Anyone want to start a new business? Open a Mac repair store next door to these lousy guys.</p> <p>IF you have <span style="text-decoration: underline;">any other choice</span>, stay away. Stay far away.</p>
