Customer care failure

I placed an order on the 21st October 2023, to replace my ****** phone. I asked that the delivery be carried out sooner, as I would be getting out of the country but I was never helped. Upon my return, I still did not receive my order. I keep going to their online chat but I am never satisfied because the query is closed before resolution. I am very unhappy about this as this in an inconvenience for both my work and personal life. I had hoped that after explaining that my phone was ******, I'd actually get the customer care I needed.
