CONSULTANT ERASED MY DATA & RAN AWAY

My iPhone was giving me issues so I went to the iStore in Menlyn to update the software. The consultant immediately wanted to charge me a service fee, even though I purchased the phone from the iStore. The consultant decided to erase all the data on my phone without my permission. The consultant left my phone and I unattended for over an hour. Another consultant helped me, and the lady that helped me earlier was nowhere to be found. I did not even get the chance to back up my data. Absolutely appalling and disrespectful service.
