Consistent great service

Not all iStores are the same. I happened to start visiting the Woodlands iStore shortly after the opening of the Woodlands shopping center. Not once did I leave the Woodlands iStore with any negative emotions. The staff members are great, I feel like part of the family when I enter the store. I recently completed another upgrade at the store and can confirm that this has to be the best iStore by quite some margin. My appreciation to the management and staff at the Woodlands Store must be mentioned. It is a pleasure to post positive feedback, we are so used to poor customer service in South Africa. I recommend this store with great confidence, if you need any Apple product, do yourself a favor and visit the Woodlands iStore.
