I would like to give Carlos Manjoro from the Istore in Boksburg a compliment. This young man went out of his way to assist me. He was assisting me at the till to pay for goods I purchased and afterwards I needed help to apply screen protectors on my watches, and me and my granddaughters phones. The person who assisted me before was busy with someone else while I made payment for the goods, and when Carlos saw me waiting a long time, he came over to assist me. He was so professional and really did the job so well and with so much care. He also gave me needed information regarding the products I didn’t know. Apart from that, Carlos did not even know that my granddaughter had to be at the airport and that we were in a time rush. Carlos, you are one in ten million. Customer service is so needed and you made our experience on Monday the best!!! After hearing so many horror stories, we have found you to be absolutely a star!!!
