Dear istore

I am dismayed by the deteriorating level of service from your employees

I bought a pre-owned iphone(iphone 8 64Gb space grey Better x1) for R4999 on the 28th of August 2022 which i later returned on the 2nd of September 2022 because it was of poor quality.

You promised to refund me within a week and it's been over 3 weeks now and whenever i send an email you keep telling me that i will get a refund.

Kindly look into the behavior to make sure that an incident like this does not happen again as it will affect the reputation of the company

I hope that there will be improvements regarding your service

I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem
