Complaint

<p>Went to clearwater istore to upgrade my vodacom contract as my son wants a ipad. I left all my details at the store to contact me when they get stock. They never phoned me. Today is my sons bday and went to istore at 9:00 . Many told me that the person who works with the contracts will only be in at 12:00. Requested her to keep the ipad 128 for us. Well u went back at 12:00. done all the paper work just to be told that the ipad has been sold. This is worst service I have ever experienced. Why does everybody go crazy about apple if this is the way they treat their customers. Very disappointed!!!!!!!</p>
