complain of being sold a used phone without informing me

i bought a phone through contract 3years ago and i have reaslised that when people contact me or when i contact them it shows vicky tlale s name so i want to no if they sold me a used phone or what coz i can see that i phone sell used phones and i want to undestand why is it reflecting someones name instead of my name i will take the matter further with my attorney if no conctrete responce is givin my number is ***
