Complain istore The Glen Mall

A few days after the release of iPhone 14 Pro I went to apply at Istore The Glen and I was told I will be put on waiting list since they are out of stock I waited 3 weeks my phone finally came , I got an sms I went in to do Application on MTN contract and I was told application can’t be done because I have an old contract with MTN they can’t help me I said no problem I will go to MtN and seek assistance regarding the matter then istore manager was called so he can be told he has to reserve my phone while I go have my old name removed from Mtn contract he lacked the biggest skill which is listeaning skill and I was irritated there and there his name is Bongani he said we will have to sell the phone I said but u can’t it’s not my fault that this is happening and u guys cannot assist me u were supposed to speak to MtN on my behalf to speak up the process so I will have to go do it by myself so I went mtn took a week to fix then I went back again to do application for the sec time I was using CellC and only wanted to port my number from Cell C To MTN again we hit a rock the sales agent Johanna Beyers had been assisting me since day 1 but damn she’s so *********** and unproductive worst of all she’s unable to port the number I mean dont u guys train your staff before they deal with customers I waited for her over a month she can c she’s not winning with my application but daily she keeps trying nd not making another effort to ensure she wins the sale.I went straight to MtN to do an application on another phone Hauwei it was aproved within min and I was told the limit then I sent Johanna an email telling her I was aproved at MtN what’s the hold up on her side since I wanted iphone nothing else , she still relaxed and the *********** manager again responded on the email when he was supposed to do simple thing investigate why they can’t get through porting stage they both useless I’m sorry to put it straight like this how can we take over a month and 5 visits to get me aproved for a mere phone both mamager and agent are *********** I’m actually suprised I went in last week tuesdAy I gave her a piece of my mind fighting with her how can a 1 day thing take over a month still no success she finally said go to mtn port the number and come back we do application I did exactly that I came back she put on application it was approved the next day I went to fetch my iPhone 14 Pro
