Common iphone 14 pro max camera issue(no help received) (be warned)

First i bought an iphone 13 pro max, had a faulty camera due to the software, general management decided that i could swop it out at one store and so i got a 14 pro max. So i got the 14 pro max and it started doing the exact same thing as my 13 did, not too long after.

Apple is not willing to help me by replacing my device, all they are asking is that i send it in for assessment (after i explained that i need the 14 pro max to be testing mobile applications on Xcode) they are again not willing to help me or compensate for the lost time, money and back and forth and my petrol i had to pay running around trying to get a workable laptop or phone.
