COMMENDABLE JOB

On 02 November 2021 I went to iStore, Eastgate, to obtain a new iphone as well as to renew my contract. To my surprise, it took exceedingly long: three hours, to receive the service I expected.

Thankfully, one consultant, Lesedi Hlatshwayo, attended me and resolved what seemed to be an insurmountable problem. Were it not for her patience, effectiveness, efficiency, and helpfulness, I would probably have gone home without a new cellphone.

I commend Lesedi Hlatshwayo for being so accommodating and considerate. May she continue to be of assistance to clients and customers who need help at iStore.
