Clueless Manager and technical staff

I purchased a Mac Book Pro yesterday from the i Store at Cresta centre. I got home to find out that it does not connect to the internet via my mtn ****le. I went back to the store today, nobody there could tell me why it doesn't work. They said i should make an appointment....REALLY? One technical person suggested I DOWNGRADE the operating system...REALLY? I am so shocked that the staff are so ********. Spend R13 000 and this is what you get??? I have since checked on the Apple website and found which I hope is a relatively easy fix! There is no way I want my Mac going anywhere near that shop! Absolute idiots!
