Cheap material over priced coach cellphone cover

3 months ago I bought a Coach cover for my iPhone online in August to be precise - a month later the ‘genuine leather’ starts peeling off the corners I pay no mind to it then it proceeds to peel until it looks tacky - due to time I call the call centre and they say I have to go into store yet I bought this online - I procrastinate the store visit then finally I went into store - the box of this cover says lifetime warranty but the lady I speak to says they don’t do warranty on accessories I show her the cover packaging she calls the manager- this manager insists that I have dropped my phone hence the cover was looking the way it’s looking and I continue to tell him I didn’t drop it had I dropped it is understand why it looks the way it does . He takes a few pictures and says he will relay to the supplies after telling me he doesn’t thing they will cover it because it’s my negligence and they don’t warranty wear and tear. Anyway I tell him I’ll wait for feedback - he called today saying the warranty does cover wear and tear. Their supplier lessened the original al price because they knew they used cheap material and then over charged - and when we complain they will say they don’t cover wear and tear - my 80 cover from the street that iv had for about a year is still in good shape and this over priced cover because it’s brand name hasn’t even lasted me 3 months - I didn’t even want a refund I just wanted a new cover hoping it would be better.

So disappointed in istore
