Charger

I am not happy with one of your products, to be specific charger(both cable and adapter). I have just bought a cable and adapter on the 1st of May 2023 at istore mall of Africa. When I got home I charged my phone and it took almost three hours to get full. I tried again the next day, it took the same time as well to get full.

I am a busy woman and I don’t have time to wait that long for my phone to get full. And also the reason why I choose to buy my charger at Istore is I wanted quality and also to eliminate the length of time it will take for my phone to get full, that is why I did not mind to pay R898.00 for both cable and adapter, quality and fast charging. Otherwise I would have gone to those shops that sells **** at a very cheap price but you must charge for almost three hours.

But because I don’t have the luxury of time to charge that long, I choose quality. But I must say I am not happy, I am very disappointed by the time it takes to charge my phone.

I went back to Istore mall of Africa on the 05th of May 2023 to explain to them my issue and the dissatisfaction I have with that charger and cable however I came out of your store even more disappointed.

I spoke to the technician and also to the two store managers. They all couldn’t help me. My request to them was very simple, it was that they should exchange both cable and adapter for me however they said I must pay 20% of that R898.00.

I told them I don’t have the 20% and that they should exchange without me having to pay anything but they refuse.

For the first time I am very disappointed with your product. I have been using iPhone since 4s was invented. And I have been a loyal customer ever since, but now this kind of disappointment is making me to think twice about my choice of phone.

This charger is frustrating me.

What happened to value for money?

I AM NO LONGER A HAPPY CUSTOMER ANYMORE!!
